World Book Day 2023
The children (and grown ups) had a great time celebrating World Book Day this year. We focused on the book The Word Collector and asked children (and grown ups) to come to school dressed as a word. We then used these words to build a 'whole school word wall'.
Throughout the day children had fun looking for book characters around the school, finding lost words and spending time enjoying books.
We are extremely grateful to all parents and carers for all their efforts in providing and making costumes. The children had a fantastic day and looked fabulous!
